The Grove Pickleball 30-Day Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return most new, unworn items in their original condition (tags attached, unwashed, free of odors or damage).

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need your order number or packing slip.
  • Final-sale items (gift cards, clearance gear) cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@grovepickleball.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid USPS return label (for U.S. orders) and instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: We cover return shipping with the prepaid label.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size/color, let us know in your return request and we’ll ship your replacement free once we receive the original.
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping; original duties/taxes aren’t refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return arrives, allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
